Designed with sustainability in mind this beautiful Pt Lonsdale home is simple yet very energy efficient.

The quirky approach to creating an eclectic style was at the fore with the owners desiring a practical home that had their signature all over the design. Polished concrete slab and carefully positioned windows created effective thermal mass for heating and ceiling fans and upgraded insulation ensure that the warmer months are as cool as possible.

We sold our home of 42 years after deciding to move and downsize to a more manageable house. We bought some land and after much research I fortunately found HWI. From the first contact we felt that this was the company that we wanted to build our next home and it was an excellent choice. So here we are now! HWI has built us a fabulous sustainable home that is crafted to our needs and requests . It only took 8 months during covid restrictions and shortages and within the Contract’s agreed time. This is a fantastic outcome and we are forever grateful.
