In many ways this project was very similar to the owners in that it was “responsible, well thought out and genuinely lovely!”.

Coming from an approach of sustainability and clever design, the owners sought to create a home that was befitting a lifestyle that would be filled with efficiency and functionality. Situated in a new area of Geelong, this home ticked the boxes of sustainability with double glazed windows, hydronic heating and phase change material as part of the insulation process. It also captured a wonderful North aspect entertaining area and genuine functionality in the design layout throughout with substantial thermal mass in the polished concrete floors. A truly beautiful home.
