This stunning coastal home boasts amazing panoramic views of the ocean and was built to replace an old beach house that was no longer habitable.

A complete knock down and rebuild was required using the latest foundation techniques to provide stability and certainty on the sloped bush lined block that it is situated on.

The clients are hardworking business people who wanted to create a home that was both an escape from the daily grind but also fitted with the latest in comfort and luxury.

A significant milestone within the project was to see the foundational aspects of the build completed, it required a team of highly skilled concreting experts to navigate their way through extensive engineering using the latest in retaining techniques.

Taking close to 2 years to complete, this build was a feat of building excellence and skill given the challenges concerning getting materials onto the build site.
