The owners of this beautiful beach front home sought to maintain the original external beauty, whilst updating the internal structures to increase the luxury and liveability of their home.
This desire led to the refurbishment of internal space, updating the electrical, plumbing, plastering and the joinery to allow for more modern and stylish fixtures. Our owners worked alongside Bespoke Architects to allow the original flow and scope of the home, while minimising any unnecessary change to the layout.
Our owners wished for this to be their retirement home and therefore desired for the job to be completed within a 12–18-month time frame, in order to comply with the timing of their move from country Victoria. The build was completed in time for their big move.
