“Our experience with Homes with Integrity was that they live up to their name in every aspect of their business, from first consultations and contract signing, through to the three-month post-handover inspection. We chose them as our builder because of their passion for building quality, energy efficient and comfortable homes. Some of the changes they proposed to the original design greatly improved the efficiency and comfort of the house. Our build had a lot of complicated elements and very precise building systems, but throughout the build they were very communicative and we always knew where the build was up to and what was going to happen next.
We have gone through a summer with the internal temperature not going over 27°C, even on a 40°C day and it generally sits comfortable at 21°C with no air conditioning. In the winter, it never drops below 17 through the entire house if the hydronic heating is off. We also have a dust free environment due to the high airtight construction and the heat recovery ventilating unit. Our solar and battery system also produces more than we consume making it net positive for energy and creating a surplus on our electricity bill each month.

“How was our experience building with Homes With integrity?….. It was brilliant!!!
We sold our home of 42 years after deciding to move and downsize to a more manageable house. We bought some land and after much research I fortunately found HWI. From the first contact we felt that this was the company that we wanted to build our next home and it was an excellent choice. They have proven that they take their Mission Statement seriously and have exceeded our expectations.
From the preliminary workings and paperwork and through the whole build everyone involved has made the process so relaxed and trouble-free. “After many years of building and renovating it was a pleasure to work with the company, HWI, in the construction of our holiday home in Anglesea. At all times they were professional and efficient while the project came in on time and on budget.
During the construction, a family emergency necessitated us being overseas for some months but Blake and his team offered us very valuable assistance with the selection of the fittings and fixtures while keeping us well informed regarding the progress of the build. Nothing was ever too much trouble and there was a collaborative atmosphere on site.
The fact that our architect resides in QLD and could only twice visit the site meant that HWI had to often use their own initiative which they did while never compromising their very high standard of finish. We were very impressed with the conscientious supervision and the site was always well maintained and made secure. We really felt that the company took a pride in their work which has continued in the few minor fault rectifications. There has never been any hesitation in their maintenance programme.
As we reached the end of our project, HWI very generously offered to help us with the landscaping so we could move in before Christmas. Again, they did an excellent job, even installing an in-ground trampoline for our grandchildren.
We are delighted with our new house and certainly take a pride in entertaining our friends and family there. It is a lovely, warm and friendly home while having a modern, almost industrial edge. Our architect is delighted with our home and shares his very positive feelings about his experience of working with HWI. We count ourselves very fortunate to have had HWI undertake our building project.”
